yup I’m on stg2 C2S (same as gts turbos) 93 along with the pdk tune (which I can’t recommend enough) so around 610ish hp at the crank… it definitely slips a little on 2nd but very manageable. I barely wot but whenever I do it’s one hell of a rush. The stock C2S is a bit slow on pulls so this stage makes it super car territory now. Heck even beat a R8 v10+ and a 991.2 tts with power pack lol. Also have 305 PS4S. Waiting for the PSS5’s to come out and switch. Cup2’s would be worse on the street since they don’t have any available traction cold, have to be warmed up everytime. Track wise tho definitely the way to go.
so @Flat6Motorsports can you post the PIWIS process on how to code the spoiler? Would probably help A LOT of people out.
I took it to our local dealer but will see if I can get the instructions. A lot of knock off PIWIS tools might struggle with this coding. We've found that on some cars/modules. I'll see if I can get the procedure.

Would it make sense to see if M-Engineering can do this and add it to the M-Coder list?

I'm not sure their capabilities but the rear body control module and gateway need to be coded, it's not a simple change on the DME side of things, the modules themselves have to be coded specifically for an aero wing and then learned among the other modules.
A quick update on programming. We took deliver of a 2024 Carrera T and will continue our testing and development of the 992 platform before the 992.2 is released. We really love the 992 platform as it is a very approachable and easy vehicle with an incredible ceiling. We plan to do more testing on individual parts and hope to get more data for consumer insights. A special shout out to Porsche Cherry Hill (George there) for getting us an allocation. They were great to do business with. They were professional, organized, fair and delivered a great buying experience. If you are in the region, certainly check them out for your Porsche car buying and service needs. The logic of the build was really the manual transmission, keeping it simple/light with the ethos of the T and sort of pick a few options to make it feel more "special."
I wanted to share the build sheet for those folks who enjoy:

What a great project and great car. Question: what was the thought behind getting the sport design front bumper but not the sport design rear bumper? Is the sport design rear bumper critical for an intercooler upgrade?
Thanks for your continuing support for our community.

Mostly just cost, I wanted to do the sport design bumper since I had the standard one on the last 992. It does allow for a slightly more efficient intercooler arrangement but I wouldn't call it critical. No issues on the standard rear bumper pushing 770HP on the track!
Yes, 602whp with the Pure 800s and full bolt ons (roughly 700HP at the crank).
Here's a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=63llMZ0bkfo
We also got some testing in with the same set-up and meth. There's some more headroom but picked up another ~50whp.
That's a lot of power out of Carrera that started as a base. Wonder how it handles with the base not having a LSD or some of the other goodies the S/GTS come with.
Jon, What did the final stage 4, no meth, translate to in terms of 0-60, 1/4 mile, etc. You mentioned some time ago poor traction conditions/ FL heat and a follow-up on these numbers once re-testing conditions optimize. Very interested in going stage 4 with pure 800s, but would like to see these numbers vs dynos. Thanks again. 😊
wondering this as well, I probably need to drive my car more in the 6k+ RPM range more lol. the current setup with GTS turbos are doing wonderfully currently.
