It’s just a car, not a life saving organ. I don’t know how imperative it is for you to have this car for next summer.
At the end of the day, if you’re one of those people that make $15k a day, pay it and move on with life.
I’m not one of those people, and this week seems like the best time to call multiple dealers since allocations just dropped, and they’ve worked through their lists.

It would be malpractice for a dealer to not charge ADM on a GTS right now. The only exception would be a long-term relationship. This is not gouging. The markup is substantial, but not unwarranted. CPO 911 is selling over MSRP. How on earth can one expect a new GTS at MSRP?

can confirm. finalizing my build now - february gts cab allocation. they pulled night blue metallic so i’d have to pay +12k for it. not happening. going jbm.

I also spoke to another dealer that I have developed a friendship with over the phone. he says I am #12 and they got 2 allocations. His dealership has always been MSRP only,. Two months ago, they decided to keep that but required you to purchase their "platinum package" and wheel and tire insurance. Two weeks ago, they finally ditched that and started charging an ADM. His position is that they need to make up fir the lack of volume. The difference between the previously discounted prices and MSRP is not enough to cover their hole and the market is setting the price. He actually told me to hang up on him right away and grab the allocation at $15K over before it disappears.

Congrats! I'm pretty sure I know where you got it from! I got the heads up today as well. I passed right away but was having second thoughts. Now it looks like it is not an option so you saved me the angst....

I posted in another thread that I heard from my dealer (Dallas) that he thinks the soonest he will see allocations is Q1. He previously said I'm #1 or 2 on the GTS list, and I have no reason to think that he's not forthcoming (long term relationship). Very interesting that others are seeing allocations show up at their dealers!

My demand order is not for a GTS but I'm encouraged by all the positive news going on in this thread. Sounds like I should drop my SA a note and check!
