Hardware is identical to the S, so it's just a calibration change. Once we have this we will have a public announcement regarding GTS along with power figures.

Ok, so I understand your S maps won’t work with my GTS out of the box?

I will be in Florida next month, passing through Fort Lauderdale on 15th of April, if my schedule works out. I was thinking about picking up the M-Tuner directly at your new facility. Would that be possible?

My tune should arrive Tuesday - anyone have the option where the valves are open all the time? Does it make it louder/sound better?

^ I have the option of the valves being open all the time. I achieved that the old fashioned way: getting rid of them

Anyhow, your question was answered if you scroll up a bit, they were discussing this a few days ago in this thread. Short answer: hasn’t been fully resolved yet

Well, I did my first launch control today.

What happened?

Well, for launches pre-flash the RPMs go to about 5k and don’t go any higher until you release the brake.

With this map, your RPMs go up to near redline. When I released, the tires spun before I could hook up and go.

Suffice to say that getting a better launch is not the reason to get this tune (especially if you want to save your tires!) but if the tires could actually hook up I have no doubt this this launch gets you easily under 3 seconds 0-60 mph.

Did you have them remove the rev limiter when car is at a standstill? I wonder if that’s what did it.

Try launching at a lower rpm. Raise it to say 6k and try it until you find the magic number!

I had the rev limiter removed, but that effect only be seen in neutral, not in drive. At least for me.

I did launch controls before I asked for the rev limiter to be removed recently, and the starting rpm's didn't change from stock.

^ The problem with this is two-fold:

1. You have to have lightning reflexes to get off the line at 6k RPM. Because in order to launch you have to floor the throttle and the RPM gets to max pretty quickly
2. In a traditional launch I like to hold the throttle down for a few seconds to build up boost before releasing the brake

I've got the manual launch fairly dialed in using the stock 3500 rpm limiter. It requires a smooth release of the clutch to keep the rpm above 3500 which will give a little tire spin but no bog. Unfortunately we have no flat foot shift like the GT3. I wish that could be programmed in!

I see your point. I guess 6k is a little close to rev limit. My point was more to raising the rpm to somewhere less than what is causing uncontrolled tire spin then going to full throttle. My problem is the opposite with bog.

This was my experience as well, and my rev limiter is also removed. Tach pegged at 5k at start, release brake, more wheel slip than stock but not excessive, then hooks and goes like crazy. Pulls *significantly* harder than stock once hooked, but the slight extra wheel spin at start results in very similar 0-60 times. My Pirellis are fairly worn, so looking forward to seeing results with new tires.

Yup same! My almost worn pirellis at 8600 miles are giving me an identical 0-60 time of 3.2-3.3 with the tune vs stock lol. Getting ps4s soon.

3.4 here, which I attribute to the crappy 91 octane we have here in Nevada.
