Same here and you and I have almost the exact same schedule. I keep telling myself it's just gonna take a few more days for it to sort itself out. My understanding is anytime you resubmit a new configuration, any exclusive manufacture options have to be re-approved. Did you ask your SA what your production status number went to? Mine went from 200 back to 170

I haven't checked for the status number but I will. I am hoping that both of ours gets back to where it was. I'm sure you also received an email a couple of weeks ago that the freeze date was coming? If I have to wait longer, I'll deal with it. I'm not happy about it, but it's better to have this allocation than to wait and hunt for one.

I arrived at Emden today... TYD has me on the vessel on 6/18. A few weeks at port?

How long are folks waiting at Emden before hopping on a ship?

Thanks

I originally had a 7/9 delivery date to my dealer for my Targa 4S and the date is now being pushed back to 7/23. I have a feeling there will continue to be a domino effect for late 2021 and early 2022 builds due to lack of parts .

It's not about time at port, but which destination you are and when a ship is scheduled for that. My car was ready 1 week early, and as a result made it to Emden with a day or less to spare to make a ship it was not scheduled to. As a result it arrived in the US 3 weeks or so early. One to two more days and it would have been more on its original schedule.

Thanks. Hopefully I can get on a boat headed to Baltimore sooner rather than later!

The next ships going to Baltimore are the:

Felicity Ace departing Emden 6/1 or 6/2 arriving around 6/15.
Goodwood departing Emden 6/14 or 6/15 arriving around 6/28.

Me too. My car has been at Emden since 5/12. It’s delivery to the dealer date has always been and pretty much stayed as 6/18. It changed to 6/25 for a few days then went back to 6/18. I am hoping that it will be on the Siem Aristotle which according to the schedule someone posted on the first page of this thread is scheduled to leave for Davisville today or tomorrow and arrive 6/9. The next ship according to that schedule arrives Davisville 6/21. So I’m hoping for the Siem Aristotle. 🤞

Great info, thank you! May I ask where you're getting this, I'll take a look. 👍

My GT4 has been released to a carrier at the Port of Baltimore. I should be notified that it’s on a truck soon (hoping today/tomorrow).
It was processed into the port on 5/17. The last update showed a quality hold until 6/4, so it’s well ahead of schedule!

FWIW - I was concerned that the TPMS sensor “fix” could involve breaking the factory bead of each tire to insert a sensor. While the bead gets broken at some point once tires are changed, there’s nothing as good as the factory balance and seal.

My GM told me that they don’t touch the wheels. The sensor is located on the underside of the car. They lift the car, attach the sensor, and then drive it so the car “learns” the setting. I don’t know if they actually lift the car or if they drive over a “pit” with a tech below. And I don’t know if the car is driven, or put on a machine (roller) to simulate miles so the TPMS sensor can “learn” the settings. Once everything checks out they will load on a truck.

I was relieved that they are not changing the bead-seal or balance of the wheels. It could arrive at the dealer any day as we are only about 4 hours from Baltimore (probably 5 if driving a big rig).

Woohooo!

My Cayman came in on the Viking Queen as well and was offloaded in Benicia on May 12th. Had a quality hold for about 10 days and was delivered to my dealer this past Sunday. My dealer said I should be able to pick it up this weekend. I'm assuming the quality hold was the TPMS thing, but haven't had any confirmation of that one way or the other.
