Not the best weather for pictures (dark and cloudy, later poured with water). Seems that the car can sense that's raining/low grip and asked me to use "wet mode".
Pleased how the GT silver looks in real live and how it matched the agate/titanium grey from the T elements.

From the confirmed order

From the detailed invoice

What I meant was, 2023 could be the only year during which this T will be built.
It would be fitting in that it would be the same amount of time the T was on the market 50 years ago.

Can’t believe seeing all these pictures of people finally getting their cars. It was all worth the long wait! Let’s keep the pictures and reviews coming everyday.

@Uhu What a great looking car! GT silver is just a perfect color for the T. And indeed the Burmester doesn’t break your interior since you got the silver trim inlays. It all matches. About the clutch: I have to say I have not driven a manual for a very long time so did not notice the heavy clutch. I think it’s a lot lighter than that of my 991.2 T but I easily can be mistaken there. To me it feels just perfect. We gotta get these T’s together soon.

@reddysum Enjoy your car on track man, must be living the dream!

Thanks for all the pics - looks great! These pics make me feel good about my headlight & exhaust tip choices (same as yours).

But what a beauty uncovering her naked! The day was even more special since a friend of mine picked up his GT4 RS. Long time friends. He had been waiting for 1,5 years and our cars came together in the same week. Crazy. So we had to pick them up simultaneously.

The drive home was short but very special. Finally got my manual again. And my God does it feel perfect. So short. So stiff. So secure. Perfect clutch heaviness. Drove away and the sound was pretty good already. You can clearly hear the car having less filter soundwise. First meters steering wheel felt very familiar. Turning left right was so much direct feel. New Michelin tires sticking to the road. It felt pretty planted already. What a joy to drive already below 4000 rpm. Just drove 20 miles and most on the highway. But first impressions were very positive. The tire noice on the highway to me is as I would want it to be.

Parked the car home. Looked back. Too many impressions on one day. Forgot completely about the stereo and sport exhaust. But will check both sounds tomorrow. Going to sleep now.
So happy for you! You can finally enjoy it first hand!

Very happy for your pal too as he was about £100k richer by the time his head hit the pillow! NOT that I condone in any way anyone flipping special order cars like that and I am sure he will keep and enjoy.

Thanks for posting so many pics of your beautiful GT Silver T. Mine (really similar spec) is now built (although didn't get any production photos ) is now on its way to me. Even more excited having seen your photos.

Interesting!
One thing that I failed to notice was just how much longer the GTX's manual transmissions are vs. the regular Carrera's. Obviously, you're shifting @ 9k vs @ 7.5k.

It never bothered me in my previous 981 GT4 but I am curious if I will enjoy a slightly shorter gears. My bet is that the extra turbo torque will be more noticeable.
