Default Delay Issue

[QUOTE=reloader-1;18749241]This is beyond frustrating. Another delay, now another month of waiting (two months longer than originally anticipated…)

At this point, I almost want to cancel and order a 2024 model year.

Did you have any special items/options that would delay your build?

It’s a $127.5k build, pretty bare. Major options:

JBM
Extended Fuel Tank
Ventilated Seats
LCA
Sunroof
Folding Mirrors
Guards Red Seatbelts

A little far North for me and I have a very local chapter.

I had let my membership lapse as I hadn't really found any value but a HPDE is definitely of interest.

Have you checked with your dealer? My car is still showing as pre-production on the app but my dealer confirmed it has actually completed its build and is on the way to Emden. Maybe yours is further on than you think?

Yeah but is your local track as iconic as the Glen?

Thank you I am sorry I miss-typed! 2023!* thank you for correcting me hahaha, but why does this year's new T seem so much more popular? Or am I mistaken now that I am paying more attention to the T that I see it has a very loving fan base?

Probably because its the first year of the 992T, and also there has been a price increase for 2024 and beyond.

Weighing both sides of the argument are some options that are no longer available as well as some new ones for the 24's though.

I did too, it's very unfortunate, Do you know what caused this? as it's now suddenly available on the new config.

Does the titanium make the T sound that much better? I know the 2019 RS sounds beautiful at 8k rpm with titanium, but I am very curious to see what the T with Titanium would sound like.

Has anyone considered where the European spec 992 T press cars will end up? I know most of the US Porsche media demos, PEC cars, etc., are sold at the private Porsche dealer auction in the US.

If that's the case, someone in the EU could theoretically get a PTS + buckets 992 T. Gulf Blue and buckets . . what I intended to order upon announcement.

Because this is the first time they have done it with the 992 many of us are excited to hear first-hand reviews from their owners. Seems like that has been only a few of the new owners have chimed in. In fairness, we are just now starting to get some of the first ones being delivered here in the States. I am sure with every passing day we will hear more.
Thank you for replying, So the excitement is because it's the first 992 T? will there be any differences between the 992.1 and 992.2's in your opinion?

REPOSTING THIS REQUEST:

ATTENTION T owners with cars and stripes. Can you please tell me how close the color on the door stripes is to the agate gray rear view mirrors?

I bought aftermarket over the top stripes in gray and am hoping they match my door stripes well but can't compare them to anything locally. My friend's T is coming in before mine but without door stripes (he ordered black OTP PORSCHE stripes, so for sure he won't have door stripes). So I can compare the stripes I have to his mirrors before my car arrives.
