Is anyone struggling with sport front fascia vs. painted lower lip spoiler vs.none of the above? My build is GT silver...my somewhat loving wife thinks the sport fascia looks like a catfish with snaggleteeth and I think I prefer the painted lower lip. My build locks 4/4 so plenty of time for indecision...TIA
I would try the black plastic lower lip first. You can always have it painted. I had a GT Silver 991.2 that had a panted lower lip and I always wished it were black.
^^^^Thank you for that perspective. I just clicked through the four unsold dealer's cars listed in the Netherlands (post 7112) and they all seen to have the front sport fascia which is growing on me.

My build is GT Silver with Front Sport Fascia, I think it looks great.
I don’t think anyone should be allowed to post pics of their new T until I get mine, on the basis that it might affect me mentally!
Envy is a powerful emotion and it can scar a person for life.
Thank you
Thought might be of interest for some of you - Carrera T test, done by Sport Auto Germany, with lap times at Hockenheim - 1:55:7, on par with an M2 CS/718 Cayman GT4 manual on Cup2 or better than the GTS 4.0.
In the end, they praise the car for: sounding good inside, almost NA engine response, steady lap times and behavior - even after 8 laps (all done within a second of each other) - brakes always ok, just the tires gave up a little in the end (Pirelli, just 0.2s, last sector, last lap).
The test car had rear axle steering. They didn't go into details, just said "it's more positive than negative" in end sum, as it changes the car's behavior.
