Great find, and thanks for the scan! Did a quick google search and a couple other articles online state a November launch.
That is a bit quicker than I expected, but it makes me happy! I will be ready to trade in my 991.1 in the spring of next year, the only question I have is whether I should spec rear-wheel steering in addition to my sunroof and premium package options...

Great news...except I was hoping it'd become available in 2023 and give me some time to save up for it. The Carrera T's are usually only a 1 year run, correct? I guess good thing interest rates are at an all-time low!
For me, only options I'd spec: LCA, manual transmission, regular glass (rains a lot in Vancouver and my rear glass fogs), LED headlights, and optional colour (probably gentian blue), and keep rear seats (so I can seat my wife and infant daughter)

As others have said here, consider a MT C2S. My C2S is a bit of a "T" order as I had a light weight and simple ethos: MT, no sunroof, no RAS, LW glass, 4 way seats, Sport Tex interior, etc. Its the "simple" order but for my one splurge, Burmester. If I had skipped that silly expensive option it would have stickered at $128k.
That's really exciting news! November seems too early to me, but I do believe a 992T is inevitable. It has the potential to be the best version of the 992 by my needs/desires.
The 992 is very refined, but it is not a grand tourer. It remains light on its feet and gloriously quick in the twisties. Hop in an Aston Martin or BMW 8 series — the cars are on different planets compared to the 911.
It's all relative. Hop in a 718 Spyder - the car is on different planet compared to the 992.
Put the 4.0 from the 718 into the Carrera T. It fit's the drivers-car/minimalist ethos of the car. Would be the sweet spot for many.
Porsche is on the record saying that it will never happen. That engine isn't going into a 911.
Carrera T, "drivers-car/minimalist ethos"... really? In the end, it's an option package. With the option sheet bare, the weight difference is on the order of the gallons of gas in the tank. Given that many people spec'd T's like every other Carrera, any real weight savings gets er..uh.. optioned out. If your idea of "minimalist" is a modern 911, you need to expand your automotive horizons.

Porsche also went on record saying the 911 motor wouldn't and "couldn't" be put in the mid engine platform and viola, GT4. I don't trust PR statements as gospel
What do you think Porsche's intended ethos was then? I never said it was MY idea of a lightweight car and I didnt claim that the T actually is lightweight. I own a Miata and just sold my track prepped e30 - Both sub 2400 lbs
Agree the T is mostly a marketing exercise, however dropping 4.0 would change that in my eyes.
