So, building on the market price of the 992.1 T, is there a way to tell how many have been produced and how many have been imported into the US? I wasn't really around for the 991.2 but lately, every time I visit my dealership (a big one; Hennessy Atlanta) I see at least one 992.1 T.....last week there were two in the lot (both sold of course). So, wondering, did Porsche build a bunch more or just now showing up as end of run production?
Also, finally hit 1K miles this weekend; went to the hills, car is simply awesome. I'm comparing it to coming from a 718 Cayman T which, while wonderful in the turns (a bit 'nimbler' and easier to play with), the powerband on the 911 T is just heads and shoulders better as is, in my opinion, the manual transmission. I loved every minute of my drive out there (google 'Suches loop, Georgia's tail of the dragon') and though the premium on the 718 is big (like almost double, lol), I'm left thinking 'worth every penny'.
Anyway, back to the question, how do we find out how many were built and imported?
I would love to learn more about the production numbers on the 992.1 T also. They for sure made a lot more T's in the 992 vs the 991 configuration. Production by color and transmission would be really cool to see. Does anyone have access to Porsche NA sales data or global 911 production data ?
Hi all - new member and I just picked up my first Porsche: a 4,100km CPO 2023 Carrera T. Manual, RAS, rear seats, extended fuel tank - that's it. I've added about 400km since I picked it up last Wednesday and it'll get another 6,000+km as the wife and I are taking it on a road trip down to the Bay Area next week. Probably also going to the August 2nd SpeedSF track day at Leguna Seca as the cherry on top of a childhood dream. I've been tracking my 2022 BRZ since I bought it so I'm really excited to make that connection with the 911 as well.
This will be my daily driver moving forward, inclusive of winter here in Alberta. The BRZ will stay as my predominant track car.

I definitely will - to me, a connection with a car is made quickly on track.
The reason I mentioned that the BRZ will predominantly be my track car is because it has been lightly-modded to a point where I'm really happy with the results and the cost is low. I love the BRZ and its been faultless over its 19 days on track.

Glad to be apart of the "club".
If you're interested in going for a drive to Alice's and our local canyon stomping grounds this weekend, give me a shout. Otherwise have a great time in the Bay!
The track closest to Calgary is Rocky Mountain Motorsports - a new private track designed by Hermann Tilke. The track I've gone to the most is Rad Torque Raceway in Edmonton as it suits the BRZ better. I'll make a trip in the 911 out to Area 27 in the Okanagan when my schedule allows as it's a much faster track.

Thanks for the invite! We won't actually make it to SF until the 31st (Giants game). On Aug 1st we're driving from SF to Campbell via Half Moon Bay so we'll be driving right by Alice's. Question for you - What's a better drive into Campbell? Skyline to 9 or continue down Skyline to 17? Time's not a consideration.
Looks like I'm heading to Leguna Seca on the 2nd with SpeedSF... so pumped!
My 992.1 Carrera T was a bit of a compromise with my wife as she too wants to drive it. It’s PDK (my prior 911s were manual though given traffic conditions the PDK makes sense). Also, I was concerned that both of us would have an issue with interior noise because we often work on the speaker phone when driving. So I asked my favorite detailers, Sound in Motion in Watertown, to add noise deadening throughout, in addition to radar, PPF and ceramic coating. What a difference! Still sounds like a 911 but dramatically quieter on the road and even on rougher surfaces. The big bonus: the Bose sounds amazing. I’m an audiophile and never liked Bose car systems. However, this sounds quite good after the noise deadening in the doors and throughout.
I also added visors (with stitching and no yellow stickers) and leather and stitched center console bits from Exclusive Option. Beautiful work, leather and stitching match perfectly. Visor is much less expensive than buying from Suncoast.
Will send photos after a nice long drive from Boston to the Berkshires.

Not trying to be a negative Ned here, but adding sound deadening back into a T is counterintuitive to some of the T's defining trim features; more engine and road noise, less weight, etc. If I was in your position, I would have seriously considered a base or an S. Especially since you were going PDK anyway.
