992 Carrera T Club
What a unique color! More pictures please!
I think I told you this before (but you did not see it) but that is an insane beautiful combination. Just love it! Can’t wait for the real life pictures.
Can never have enough T foam pictures! Keep em coming!
Too funny
Love the color and combo. Just wanted to ask about the rear lights. Red and red. I guess you don’t like them smoked?
Wondering about $8k on a car well over $100k remains strange to me (not just you, but regular on this forum). And like Wilder stated when you go for the T package already it’s not much more.
Just to be clear: the centers are not Race-Tex on the T! And you cannot order them. Just the clothed checkered flag (with or without extra T stripes).
I posted a few as well from the car in Rotterdam. Around summer I think.
I did not know the weight difference was that big. lt probably is less. But even so, that is too much I have to agree and regret it for that reason. Would skip on the next one. Even though there are many things I like about it. Can never win from the extra weight though.
Sometimes it’s not clear how many things you can change and make personal. You can have thousands of combinations. Just crazy when you think of it. Love it!
Finally getting it perfect!
Look for my posts and pictures about the differences. When you keep them standard you will get an (ugly) white/silver upper part. On some colors it doesn’t look bad. But you don’t have the chrome ring which can be a plus.

@Macboy It's actually just Guards Red. Not sure why it looks a bit different in the two pictures I posted. Trick of the light perhaps?
Macboy/Wilder, Sound value economics there but….. Yeah well, my total additions came out to less than $8k on the entire T build, that and the wife likes to buy expensive jewelry now and then, thus sacrifices had to be made! Happy wife, happy life(while driving my T). 🥳

Pottery mass produced is cheap, what they produce at home is a whole different thing. I knew someone who a had a home kiln and fired up weekly selling his production at local shows. It’s expensive and time consuming he would always tell me, even thought most have no clue he would say. Keep’m spinning Vernin!

I make custom-glazed pottery. I only glaze pottery pieces with Porsches. I do plates and dishes, any flat pottery. I started by glazing Porsches on pottery this year, and have already sold two. Pricing for each I set at 5 thousand for the bigger platter with the GT3RS, and the smaller one with the blue gt3 was 3 thousand. The price will be no less than 3 thousand for any piece I do. They will be no more than 5 thousand. It takes me roughly 30 hours to complete them. The price changes depending on the time and the size of the piece.
If you are interested please send me a private message, and we can work out the details.
How it works are, I need a photo of your car preferably your most favorite or meaningful picture of your car.
Then I pick out a piece of pottery, and if you wish you can pick out of the pieces I can get.
Then I get to work, and after 30 hours I have a beautiful piece of pottery with your car! Then I fire it in a Kiln and will ship it out. Shipping is included, with insurance.
Gross receipts are also included, in the price.
Here are the two I have sold.
I receive a photo of the car. One that you or anyone took that you want imortalized in pottery.
This is the finished product of one, before I had it fired.
This is the finished product

Interesting hobby and if you can charge for it . . . would be unwise not to $-]

I’ll take a few more pics and send them privately.
TBH the interior is standard for a UK Carrera T (we get leather dash and doors as standard) apart from GT Silver inlays and the Matt black PPF’d centre console.

just ran the video, the sills are a nice extra flare I didn’t see till you mentioned it. I see where the $2k goes now. 🤔
