Niagara PCA "Octoberfest" at The Glen 9/25/23. Fun day driving different lines than usual due to the rain.

Can someone answer this? Do the Standard LED Headlight come with PDLS? NOT PDLS PLUS, but PDLS.....

PDLS PLUS adds the Auto High-Beam Dimming feature, whereas PDLS does not have that.

Thanks in advance!

$10-20K ADMs are common in California. I called many out of state dealers and most refused to sell me their allocation as they were saving for local buyers. One out of state dealer wanted $25K ADM as an “out of state tax”. Depending on the region, folks are getting it at MSRP from their local dealers.

I agreed to a watch with a California dealer and got their only T allocation for Q4 2023. Consider negotiating for something (PPF, watch, maintenance, etc) vs paying a cash ADM. If you don’t care for building your own spec wait for a model on BaT or CPO.

I found just one in NorCal with a $5K ADM and a Nov lock, Dec Allocation, Feb delivery and I took it for the same reason. Some asking for $10K, but no one in NorCal has an allocation right now.

I was able to talk mine down to $5k, which still stings but I’ll take delivery in January.

No ADM at our dealer. They have stuck to that through this whole mess and PCNA has been appreciative of it. I do believe they are only selling to in state residents.

@bpeacock posted that he had an MSRP allocation but I think he charges a $2500 broker fee. Not sure if he still has the allocation, as his post was a few weeks ago now. Otherwise, I’d recommend getting on the phone and calling as many dealerships as you have time to call. At this point, time is quickly running out before 992.2 is here.

@Macboy is the resident headlamps cognoscente but I believe we get PDLS as standard.

PDLS comes with dynamic cornering lights. So, the T with standard LEDs will have this feature?
Thanks

I never considered anything but the standard headlamps on the Carrera T — just not something in which I had any interest — so I’ll let other more knowledgeable members reply. Although I do believe @Macboy answered this question not but a couple of pages ago. Maybe I am mistaken.

I have standard headlight on 992T. These are very strong and effective lights, but they are not cornering ones.

I had Matrix, when I lived in the forest, those were the best. I had PDLS, good feature, but the standard are sufficient for me as I moved into suburbs again, so I don’t need flood-lights to scan the environment

So you were 19 years old in 1968!
That makes you 74 - wow I’m in my 60’s and just assumed I was easily the oldest on this forum!
I found someone older than me😄
