The mount will fit on your car but the plate will block the ACC sensor. I am not sure if ACC can be toggled on and off or what the effects are of having the plate in front of the sensor.

We have gotten some really positive feedback from our first customers receiving their mounts with two of them avoiding roadside tickets by having them. 'Sorry officer I just washed the car and forgot to put it on' 2 seconds later plate installed and off without a ticket.

The marketing photo looks as if the bottom of the license plate sits lower than the front sport lip, is that correct?

Thank you. Kinda a bummer for me, I just scrape my lip barely on pretty much every driveway.

Please see the revised photos below that show the newer style design which retains all of the functionality of the original with NO LOSS in front clearance. The plate now sits just above the lowest point on the front lip and the mechanism is up and out of the way hidden under the bumper.

That still looks like a wart on the car, what a shame Porsche didn't design an integrated system for front plates. No fault of the Vendor selling here, there is no way to make the plate look halfway decent on the car, I'll take the tickets about one every ten years $ 75.

No offense taken. Truth is front license plates are ugly but the increase in camera use by the police has made it something they look out for and notice much more. In some countries the penalties for no front plate are REALLY severe and some people just don't want to be bothered to be looking back in their mirror every time they see a police car. Others just carry it in the frunk and say 'oh sorry I forgot to put it back on when I washed the car' . Cops don't accept a plate in the front window but I have never heard of a ticket given when one of our customers have been able to fit their plate in 5 seconds at the side of the road.

I would be worried about theft. With a tow hook, at least you need tools to remove it. This seems way too easy to remove by hand.

Theft has never been an issue. The mechanism is totally hidden and if you don't know how to operate it you would never know it is removable.

That's good to know.

Very. Takes less than 60 seconds once you know how it works.

I can't seem to post an animated GIF here so if you check out the link below the last photo in the gallery will show in real time how fast you can take it off.

I can remove AND re-install one in a little as 8 seconds. It's all in knowing how to compress the mechanism. Once you do it once it's super easy.

Taking the mount on and off is super simple. It’s fine at higher speeds (90mph+) but I wouldn’t go through a touch carwash with it as it could be dislocated. It’s not the bracket’s fault, just the relatively thin polyurethane bumper cover material that is the mounting surface. On street legal speeds +, you are fine. If you’re going to the track, probably fine too, but you’re probably removing the bracket and stowing in the frunk anyway ...
