Where are you located? Car looks awesome BTW. Wheels are an easy change.

The port was Jacksonville and it went to Orlando. It took 4 days of port processing.

Looks great - Congratulations. Change those wheels out if it gets to be bugging you too much. GT silver? Taking delivery of mine today.

dgtarga - it is strange but my GSM has proven himself to be an ace; so, I choose to rely on him

No damage or wreck of any kind, just a top to bottom once over by some type of technical team. It may or may not be released before December 4. Apparently my car shows the QA code, so if yours has been delayed like mine ask your SA look for this particular hold.

I would prefer to have my car now but at least it will have an additional "blessing" of sorts before it reaches my hands.
Thanks for the info. I appear to be in the same boat as you.

From all the noise out there it's pretty clear that CARB certification has been received, so presumably just waiting your turn to get on a truck. Hope so. Good luck!
Dr. T,

I’ve been following this thread pretty closely. What “noise” makes it clear that CARB has certified?

It does. I get them wanting to do the “extra quality inspection” but the car has been there since early October. Seems like they’ve had plenty of time to get that done where it wouldn’t have to be delayed so long. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Not questioning your GSM or his info. Questioning Porsche/Port process. Seems that they could identify dealer inventory vehicles for QA. Know it's supposed to be random allocation, but still...

Saw earlier posts that NYC has reported cars released and NJ dealership stating "many cars being released." Earlier this morning. Obviously not proof but that and printing of Monrovey's yesterday seems like pretty strong indication.

I wonder if that 4 days is normal or due to a back up of MY21 cars? My boat arrives next FRI/SAT to JaxPort and I'm in SRQ. Was hoping for a same day transition... sounds like that is not likely

My Long Island dealer just told me that has not received any release notices.
FYI: I'm dealing with the owner directly.

Dgt,

Saw those. Just struck me as more second/third hand stuff the likes of which we’ve seen before.

Hoping I’m wrong and you’re right.
