I purchased the 330 to 350 iron disc upgrade from Essex for my 992 911 Carrera T and had them installed today along with ferodo ds1.11 brake pads, and Brembo HTC 64T brake fluid.
Nice upgrade and highly recommend.

Thanks for this. I’ve been looking for a good independent shop in the LV area.
I wonder if they’ve ever done any extensive work like that. I’ll have to inquire with them.
call them on Monday, just look up their name in google, they have installed roll cages, they work on all things 911 and Cayman, cup cars too! full interiors, to put it in perspective they have taken apart split in half a carrera GT and then re assembled it, if any one can do it they might be able to.

Thats good to know. I’ll definitely call them an inquire about cost.

Would like to hear your thoughts on the brake pads selected after some time on track. Thanks.

Nice, Essex is just down the road from me. Met the designer of their AP caliper kits and adapters, a very capable engineer. Yes, also interested in your pad impression/choice related to your application. Also post a pic of the caliper adapters when you have a chance.
I finally installed my AWE diffusers and RGS rad grills today. I also purchased a Darwin Pro spoiler, but I'm looking for some advice before installing it. My car has PPF & I just got it ceramic coated 4-5 weeks ago. Do I need to prep the area that's coated before taping down the lip spoiler? I'm thinking it could affect the 3M tape. Also, if I need to prep, any advice as what to use?

I’m in the same boat. My PPF guy recommends removing the PPF from the deck lid, install the gurney flap, then reapply PPF/ceramic.
So many good ideas in the forum. Just got her. Started with the basics..grills from RGS, smoked markers from flat6. Both were super easy and gave me some time to bond with her. Getting PPF/ceramic as we speak. Got some more upgrades in the works. So much fun! I used a clay bar for traction to push it back. Looks so much better This part took a little elbow grease. Yikes! Totally worth it

I went to spring mountain in Pahrump, and they were great. the 1.11 were perfect. I recommend them, a turbo also had a full brake, caliper kit from AP and Ferodo 1.11 brake pads there as well. They always felt nice and stiff, grabbed nicely, I was able to do a 40 min sesion on the second track day I did on the Andretti course (a 4 mile course) and they held up no issies. Also my dad who tracks his rs, took my car for 4 laps, and said they felt great.
