Did you use the same gasket and how did you attach it as I don't think it's double-sided UHB tape from 3M, right?

Sorry but it looks bad. Get Gaffers tape in many colors and sizes on Amazon. Fabric with a leather look and isn't shiny

Why isn't he using new screws if they are single use? Also, I would magnetize that socket head because it looks like its very easy to drop and lose the nuts inside the hood.

How are people creating the hand painted/custom color ones? Do they buy a monotone emblem and then hand paint it themselves, or is there some supplier out there that takes a custom order for colors and creates painted ones? The turbonite one is nice, but the more I look at it, the more I think a custom painted one with colors that pull in your exterior and interior colors, might look better and be more unique.

Getting ready to pull the trigger on the Targa 4GTS. Ive been thinking lately that it might not make sense to keep the M3 CS as well.

was thinking I trade the M3 in for the targa and then buy another daily (thinking X5M).

what do you guys think? Love the M3 but its not the most practical daily but it is so fun. I know ill love the targa just as much.

Nope. But, I live in southern US and had the opportunity to buy the parts at a substantially reduced price (35% off). If I lived in NY, Chicago or Minnesota, probably would not have done the upgrade even with the reduced pricing. Per CSF, supposed to reduce IAT by 20 degrees F over factory intercooler temps across the board. Heading to track this weekend so we will see.

Looks terrific, the Amazon link no longer works..can you forward it again along with the size you used? Any technique to this, just trim and wrap around the ring on the steering wheel? I’m looking for the red to match the tachometer and wart clock on the dash
