Would you say the install is pretty easy? I tend to prefer DIY’ing as much as possible.
I did not do it myself but from the looks of it its pretty straightforward. Just have to take bumper and all the shielding off and then the APR ducts mount right in place where the OAM was with same mounting points.
Yeah, thought about just cutting but glad I did not. My OEM ducts had cracks already and when he took them off each had a piece come off. Even w/o cracks this seems some brittle plastics not well suited for cutting holes in. The APR ducts are good quality CF. We were driving around with the dongle and PC on hand while monitoring values real time...never got beyond 53.9C with Aero down.
For comparing apples to apples, 54 degrees C = 130 degrees F.

Oh that sounds easy enough. Is the shielding bolted on?

Go to the do88 website and read their intercooler install instruction pdf. If you feel comfortable doing it, go for it. Will need 2 people to remove and reset the rear bumper cover.
I know several have lifts in their garage. Didn’t like how there wasn’t enough lighting under the lift, so I got these LED light strips from Amazon that were pretty easy to install. Unfortunately, I don’t have a way to synch up with hardwired garage lights, but I connected to remote switch so at least I can turn on/off remotely.

Alexa can be your friend. I walk into my garage (or from anywhere in the house actually) and tell Alexa to turn the Garage Lights On or Off and she/it complies without any complaints.
