Official waiting room for those with a new 992 on order --- come on in !!
Ugh, so happy for you, but my frustration continues. My T has been at Emden since 5/8 and going to Jacksonville too, but I'm still stuck at Emden. Where's your final destination?

I had been at Emden since 5/26. But in case anyone feels bad that their car has been at Emden before that, my car entered into production on 11/28 and was originally supposed to be delivered 1/13. So I’m only 7 months behind schedule!!

You can check following this procedure:Finding the ship the car is on (once it has shipped):
It is possible to identify what boat you're on with a bit of web browser knowledge. Assuming you're in chrome on a PC, do this:
- Go to the TYD website.
- Press the F12 key
- Click on the Network tab
- In the box to filter the requests type "api.porsche" (with no quotes)
- Refresh the page
- You should see a number of requests in the list but you want the one that has the name "USMGXXXXX" where XXXXX is your commission number and the type is hr (NOT the one that says preflight). Select that one.
- After selecting that one, click on the response tab. You will see a whole bunch of textual (JSON) details about your car.
- In those details you will see something like this:” ident":"|MO_9283875"
- In a new browser tab, enter the url "https://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels/details/9283875". But replace the numbers (only the numbers) with the numbers in your data.

I suspect you're both on the Violet Ace.

Marine traffic says the ship will arrive 6/21
TYD says 6/30
Anyone find one or the other more accurate?
I’m asking since I’m leaving for vacation 7/6 and figuring out options for my current vehicle (981).
The ship tracking sites like Marine Traffic are pretty accurate. So, it's likely your car will arrive in Jacksonville sooner than TYD date which is, I think, just a placeholder. There is a chance that the car can be delayed in the port before transport to the dealership too. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen to you and you get delivery before your vacation!
Anyone have the latest schedule? I'm interested in Davisville RI and the past few weeks have been the same; only showing up to SFL Composer heading to Davisville RI.
Also had some downtime so started looking at the Davisville port calendar.
There is only 1 ship coming to Emden which is also on the Davisville port schedule for the rest of the month.
LAKE TAUPO is currently on its way from Davisville to Emden, expected to arrive tomorrow 6/13.
Now I am not sure sure if it will go back to Davisville but according to the port calendar, it is expected to arrive back in Davisville on 6/26.
So if everything lines up:
LAKE TAUPO arrives to Emden on 6/13 - docks for 1-2 days to load cars
Leaves by 6/15
Arrives in Davisville 6/26 (Emden to Davisville is 10-11days based on previous ships I checked)
That would set up delivery by 2nd week of July...pending no other delays.

Graduatiion day!
Thanks for all the consoling, counseling, and shared hopes and dreams. I graduated Saturday morning. Of course i did not spend anytime online the entire weekend. All I can say is to repeat the consolation that it is definitely worth the wait (especially if you take delivery on a Saturday morning during the Porsche 75 year celebration)!
