For those awaiting their new family member via the Glovis Sunrise, the ship is 8 days out from the Panama Canal. My SA contacted me over the weekend to inform me that everything is on schedule and that my car will arrive at the dealer on 4/21. There is still so much to do to get the garage ready. My wife says I'm nesting... haha...
For those of us at the German port of Emden, and waiting for a ship to the West Coast i.e San Diego CA entry port, does anyone know when the next boat is due at Emden?

Yes, its the RCC Compass due in on March 29th. Any of us waiting for a west coast boat that does not get on this one will not be too happy as the next one after that is a full month later.
How are you (and everyone else) figuring out what ship has your car? I have a GTS headed to Emden and would love to be able to track the boat while it crosses the Atlantic.

Look a the shipping schedule and match that to when your car leaves port.

Pretty sure I'm going to be in that "unhappy" group. Car was released for transport early February, never got to Emden and now shows a last location of Creutzwald, France in the dealer's tracking system!

That makes no sense. That is a small town in north east France and is nowhere near anything that a customer ordered US car should be. I would definitely try and get your dealer to move this one up the chain of command and find out whats going on.

Or actually now that I double checked, maybe on route to the port I suppose. I mapped it and there is a main highway leading from Creutzwald to Emden. Could turn out to be good news. Even better if my car is on the same transport., haha

Apparently there's some kind of shipping hub there but I can't verify that Porsche is actually using it. Dunno if this is just a total mistake or what but I'm expecting this to lead to a whole bunch more delays.
Yes and I find it unusual that Dong-A Glaucos is stopping there, it's not a common port stop as far as I can tell and in looking over the port I don't see any accommodations for storing vehicles.
