Official waiting room for those with a new 992 on order --- come on in !!
I almost am starting to think that step 3-6 are interchangeable. Anyone with a delay could be somewhere in there, just depends what TYD shows.
For example I have been stuck on step 3 since Jan 04.
Another interesting fact is the Canadian TYD gives ranges for dates after step 4.

So, here is some interesting scoop for anyone who left Emden 3/6 on the Violet Ace. As a close cousin of the Felicity Ace, now well fastned to the bottom of the Atlantic. The Violet Ace appears to be making no headway off the cost of England. It is not in the main traffic pattern, moving in a bad direction, and sadly my T and certainly a few other 992's are on it. Hope this is just a minor setback and not another smoldering Taycan. Maybe a fouled spark plug on the diesel! You can find this info on VesselFinder.com. The arrival date to Halifax just moved out 3 days to the 18th. I'll be checking again in the morning hoping she is back on track and underway for Halifax. This Porsche buying experience is certainly time consuming and somewhat entertaining! Will be glad when its over.
Graduated from this thread! Picked up my GTS at PEC Atlanta on Thursday. 800 miles on it already, and have about 500 more miles to go before I get back to DC. PEC delivery was amazing, and highly recommended. My dealer, Porsche Bethesda was also great. Everything went as they said it would. No ADM, and very responsive to my too frequent calls to them. SA Brandon was great.

Headed away from Halifax at a very slow speed. Posssibly to avoid the storm coming across North America? Any ideas?

So close, yet so far away. All in all, I can't believe I'll start April behind the wheel of my brand new 992 C2S!

For all of those on the Siem Cicero, here is the latest Satellite location. I am not an expert, but it looks like they had to go around some weather.

My TYD updated just now to show vehicle completion.
Production started on January 04, and I was getting 3 week delays.
This confirms the 3 week delays are just placeholders and the vehicle can be completed anywhere in that time frame or later.

Your car is stuck at the same spot mine is, except my dates for steps 6 and 7 are showing as 5 days prior to yours. Your screen shot shows the same dates as mine for steps 8 and 9. I'm not sure if this means our cars will be on the next ship (Glovis Sunrise) or if they're in limbo waiting for some unknown part(s).
BTW: is your car chalk or white? Either way, looks good!

Received a nice surprise when I checked TYD today...my production schedule actually moved to the left by 11 days...hopefully that will hold
My dates are similar to yours: 2/2 and 2/3 for steps 5 and 6 with TYD still stuck on step 6 and showing step 7 with a date of 2/11.

TYD question. I was supposed to hit V300 yesterday (3/9) but hasn’t turned red. Does this usually mean standby for a delay and new dates? Or can there be a TYD update delay but dates still the same?
