I guess I should feel lucky. My C2 is flying through ahead of schedule so far (granted first date does not reflect the 4 months waiting for the demand order to be accepted)
The Bose is almost definitely the issue. Porsche's been having issues getting the systems for months and they had been on Stop Sale as of two weeks ago - might still be.
That sucks, but hopefully things will start picking up with the Bose supply.
I have Bose on my build and as just posted above, sailed through production.
I don’t think you will find a common denominator with everyone’s issues. This picture if I zoom in on the HD version saved on my computer has a tag on the windshield dated 12/4. My production started 11/28 so the timeline makes sense.
Currently I’m still in production and delayed and today marks 3 months since my production started. The easy explanation for me would be no aero kit since it’s not in the picture. But other people I’ve talked to that were really delayed either got a C2 with no aero, or have the side shot with the aero on their car so I really don’t think it’s the aero kit. I also don’t think it’s bose. They can ship the cars and hold at port or the dealership and get those amps retrofitted and that’s what they were doing the last delay. I think at one point in the past few months my dealer had a bunch of macans and cayennes they couldn’t sell that were waiting on the amp sitting out back.
It’s probably luck of the draw a bit and a wiring harness or chip that is backordered and nothing more crazy than that.

Dunno - looking at your dates, they line up with when my dealer was telling me that the Bose was an issue and that there was a stop sale on the Bose systems. It was a concern for me when I was trying to get a C2 allocation, but I' dropped my C2 allocation for an available T allocation and it's not an issue on the T.
I'm past config freeze and move to "Scheduled for Production" tomorrow.
@Shogunade I am guessing you are on the Siem Cicero with me. My SA just confirmed. What port are you going through?I am Baltimore after a stop at Davisville.
Arctic greys coming together. My stop is Baltimore. Dealer is an hour away from the port. Where's yours heading?

I think this makes somewhat sense, but if it was a chip issue or wiring harness then how are so many of the builds cruising through production? You would imagine that all 911's have similar components in this regard?
Funny thing is, when I received my allocation, I was told that Porsche Canada had instructed the dealership to lock the build within 2 weeks. This was to ensure no delays with production.....
Nothing that I’ve read that are the main causes of delays lately. No, PCCB, aero kit or Bose. But, like another post said, who knows, things are so fluid in supply chains it could be anything. I do know from pics it’s gotten this far in the build.

Yes, I know what you mean. My demand order went into the system earlier though when Bose was still an option on the old configurator and I thought for sure once Bose went away as an option and my demand turned into a V200 it would get kicked back for the Bose. When I went V200 the old configurator was still up (Bose also still not an option for one to configure) but to my surprise there was never a kick back for the Bose and everything held. Not long after I went V200 the new config came up and Bose was back as a stand alone (mine always was a stand alone option selection as the interior I chose will not allow for the Premium Pkg). Once I saw that Bose was on the new config, I had a feeling all was going to be okay. So far so good. I suppose there could be a port installed amp issue ahead for me, but so far no indication of that based on my ETA at dealer dates (they have actually improved),

Yup, I got to the same point (third photo received) and then 3 week delays like clockwork.
This tells me they have no idea when the car will be completed as it is exactly a 3 week delay each time. Just an arbitrary number.
