Get ready for a delay…my GTS with Aerokit and extended leather has been in production since 8/24…

Yeah, V260 the whole time. Dealer has no info because Porsche doesn’t give them any info. We can only assume that some combination of options on my car are causing the delay, but don’t know any specifics.

I hope it's not the Aero kit causing delays because that's what I spec'd on my 911T

No, originally 12/16 now 12/28
Tbh, I expected this. Now the issue is how far out will it continue to go considering some of the nightmarish stories such as yours..

I also have a 23 GTS with Aero that is schedule to start production on 11/25. It was originally scheduled to start production on 12/02 and bumped up a week. I have the standard race-Tex interior. We’ll see if it holds and completes production.

Well for your sake and the rest of us, I'm crossing my fingers for you. Let's hope it holds and you actually get it earlier than previously scheduled! It's all the hope I need during this slate of bad news.

Yeah, that just isn't acceptable. There is no way the car can be sitting in V260 for 3 months and they can't tell you anything. It would make sense if the car was delayed and continually pushed back, but once it's IN production, and then no information for so long, something is wrong. There are others (with Aerokit) who have had their cars produced and delivered in the meantime. I don't want to speculate because I have no clue but if you haven't already done so, I would reach out o Porsche NA in Georgia and see if they can get involved. They HAVE to be able to tell you something after 3 months.

that’s almost identical to my build with some other options added as well. I’m not sure why yours got pushed back. Mine has stayed on the TYD schedule for the most part. I guess I’ll find out Friday if it starts production on schedule and completes it.

Those of you getting an Aero car, please keep us updated on production for purely selfish reasons. Well, and to see those pics you post! :-)
