I’m sure this has been talked about more than enough but i thought i would ask. On TYD it says the car is in port waiting to be put on a boat (1/8/21). However on the main page it says my car is still waiting to start production (image below). Will this update and hopefully if i was lucky enough to even get a production pic? I’m not too worried about it as ultimately going to have the can in about a month and not going to let this little first world problem make my experience any less but it would be neat to maybe see the production pictures. Also I’m assuming the one that says the car is at port is more accurate and my car has actually been built and so on. Thanks!

If you get pictures they show up under "Discover current phase" about 10 days after completion. Good luck.

So I’m looking for mine also (assuming I got pictures). I’m using TYD through the My Porsche app just as this person did. Where is “Discover current phase” I don’t know if it’s just me but I can’t seem to find it.

Go to my Porsche. Click on "HOME" there is a "Discover current phase" button and a TYD button. If you don't have the current phase button it hasn't been updated yet, should happen soon.

thank you very much! Works better on the website than on the app. Still don’t have pictures but soon enough I’ll see it in person.

Anyone else on the RSS Amsterdam wondering why it’s just floating out off the coast of Belgium?

Whoop whoop! Car on a boat to the UK, well ahead of schedule (build was scheduled to complete 25th December )

24 hrs to cross from Germany, then the wait begins.... apparently won’t be ready for a few weeks yet due to Christmas, new year, some virus causing issues too apparently 🙄

UK don’t seem to get the fun “track your dream” stuff unfortunately, so have to keep going back to my build “oh look, she’s been built!”

I was tracking it but it seems to be out of range unless I pay for the subscription. This was the last position I got. Hopefully this website periodically updates progress!

My ship hit San Diego this afternoon. With any luck I will take delivery this week. Hoping for no delays.

I hope so as well but be prepared it might take a little longer. Mine hit Davisville on the 18th and as of today despite completing port preparation 6 days ago I am still waiting. I am hoping for it to leave port tomorrow but SA told me still significant backlog from CARB. A fellow rennlister who was on the same boat had delivery on Saturday which was 9 days post arrival. Granted I lost a workday over Christmas but with New Years coming up it could be an issue as well.

Good luck to us both !!!!

Fortunately Arizona is not a CARB State, so that shouldn't be the cause of any delay. I've been told the cars usually get to Scottsdale on the 3rd day, not holding my breath but hopeful.
Good luck also.

I’m in Emden limbo waiting on a ship. WIth New Year’s coming up, I might have to dress in drag and walk along the piers to get anyone’s attention.

Its not about Arizona not being a CARB state - CARB has been resolved for a couple of week. It is about the backlog that was caused by all the cars that were affected being held up. It is possible that SD backlog has been cleared but just cautioning you that that might not be the case. I would have thought Davisville would have been cleared as well and yet a couple of weeks later it is not the case
