Anyone else on the Amethyst Ace that just departed Emden? I just received a notification from TYD that my Turbo has left Emden and Amethyst Ace just set sail. It seems bound for Maryland and mine is supposed to be heading to Jax.
@FC356 we're probably on the same vessel. Did TYD tell you what ship or the ETA in Jax?

Hopefully, I'm your boat mate. My C2S was in Emden on the 8th of March. Got a TYD email this morning telling me there was a change in my order status. I checked MyPorsche online and there was no change it just shows I'm waiting in Emden for a ship. I have a feeling though that the email was telling me that I was loaded on the Amethyst Ace before she left today and that the myporsche site is just slow to update to the new status of loaded on a ship. Fingers are crossed anyway that I made it on board before it set sail today.
Anyone here waiting for European delivery to US east coast? My SA said the cup was changed out in Germany port. No vessel assigned and I have no way of tracking any form of ETA. No TYD available,
Keep checking. My car arrived at Emden on 3/4 and I just got the email saying my status changed. When I check in the My Porsche app on my phone it says I am on the boat but if I check the TYD website using a computer, it still says I am waiting for a ship. Might take a while to update. Fingers crossed for you.

My experience has been that the order tracking on the mobile device app always gets updated first and the tracking on porsche's website is on a bit of a delay. This was the case with my Taycan over a year ago, and I'm now seeing the same thing with my 992 order. Don't worry, the website will eventually catch up. When my car completed production 2 days ago as reported by email and the myporsche app, the website didn't change to the updated status until a full day later.
The ship at Emden is the SIEM CICERO ... it's going to be going to the East Coast (Jacksonville) I got a notice today that told me my car has left the port ... it's on this ship, or it might be on the Amethyst Ace that just left.
Hey guys I ordered my 992 GTS with the aerokit back in December and I just finished production on 2/26/24. The delivery date used to say April 17, but its been at the port in Germany for over 14days with no new updates, anyone know the typical lead time? This is my car before being shipped to the port. Finished production 2/26/24
same here, sadly. Started production Nov 25th. Arrived in emden Jan 22nd. Nothing since then…
That’s unfortunate. I was told my car would have to wait at the port at least another month. Not sure what changed to get on the ship, but it appears my car got the new part during production. Not sure if this had any bearing on the ship schedule.
