Love the T! I drove my friends T last week as I await my Dakar - was the first time ever driving a Porsche, and it was special to say the least. Loved the manual & sounds at high RPMs. They also had the sun roof which was cool to see & he has the Lizard Green which he said was no longer available (not sure if true). Enjoy it when you get it.
Hey, I'll trade my T for your Dakar! Haha. Congrats on your allocation. I have a deposit on one which I'll likely never get. The T is special but the Dakar, even more so. $50k is about market and there are people who have paid 3x what you have so you've done well. The T is indeed spacial and it's a sum-of-parts gestalt type car. I currently have a 2023 T that I'm trading in for this new allocation so I've had 5k mi of joy so far living with one. I hope you don't shy away from putting miles on yours when you get it and that you use it as intended.

After driving the T I looked at a video comparing it with the Dakar, GT3 RS, and Turbo S - was on CarWow youtube, and he really enjoyed the T as well. Great car! At this point it seems the Dakar continues to rise in price, which is honestly why I feel like the dealer may be doing something with mine :/ Guess nothing will tell but time. I 100% will be driving this (I am young, kind of, but for sure stupid LOL).

Thanks!
If you don't have a deposit, go in and tell them you want to make your first payment toward it.
The T is the only Carrera I'd get. The base, S and GTS don't make sense to me.
My car is on way back from ED so i loose track your dream
thanks for the info on the violet ace. My 911 is on it and initially the arrival date at Davisvilke was on the 28th…. So do you know if that date is still accurate?

Violet Ace and SIEM Confucius are currently scheduled to berth at Davisville tomorrow morning.
All with individual configurations…Turbo, touring, GT3 RS, T, Carrera S…!
The driver is on the way from Zuffenhausen to the UK. I catched him in the Frankfurt area on the Autobahn A3!
Have a look, maybe it’s yours!!! Enjoy the sneak preview.
Wait, two-door Porsches are NOT transported via a covered trailer?!? I definitely thought they were from factory to port. Is the GT3 RS the only vehicle that gets what is basically a full cover or is it based on its position on the trailer?
