I did it today and just used my VIN number. Aside from a activation number via text that's all I had to do. What TYD step are you on?
Interesting, perhaps it’s different for each country. I’m on the step “your vehicle has left the port of shipment.” It should be arriving in another week or two so no worries, I’ll be able to add it soon enough.
So my car is at the Concord, ON railyard for 2 weeks now. Apparently, my SA told me that logistics told them the car is not yet " unloaded/released" to trucking company, due to "no spaces" in the railyard lot. Anybody encounter this issue? Car being stuck at the railyard for lengthy time? It would be nice if someone has access to the CN rail tracking system =)
My C2 GTS has reached a new status as "The manufacturing process of your Porsche has now started" this morning, which was originally set as Aug 31. The "complete" date remains unchanged though (Sep 7). Looks like the summer shut-down is now ended. The car was scheduled to deliver on Oct 28 (I am in Seattle) and I think it will get pushed out as it's a bit too optimistic. Finger crossed!

That really sucks. Sorry you have to deal with this. I spoke to a friend who is expecting their car at Pfaff as well and they are stuck in the same situation. Their SA says the same as yours (maybe same SA) and they are sitting and waiting. Hopefully you both get some good news in the next couple days.
