My car arrived at the port yesterday (3 days earlier than TYD predicted) and I have only received the paint booth picture. I'm hoping the other pictures show up soon. I know it's buried in here somewhere, but will someone remind me how to determine what ship your car is on once it shows that is has left the port?
Sorry, but none of that is helpful - I'm looking for anyone with ship schedule info. It's not some caching issue - I've tried it in multiple browsers - simply put, My Porsche is a crap website. Yes, at some point the dealer should know what ship it gets on but some of us car-crazy ppl don't have that kind of patience.
The way you know what vessel you’re on is by checking the berthing calendar of the port that your car is being shipped to.

The website that we get our updates used to be quite a bit different. On the old TYD there was a button that said discover the current phase, I don't have that on the Porsche site that I was given a link to. So it's all a little confusing to me. I'm getting the new phases as they come but don't have any pictures and my car's schedule show it leaving Emden to Davisville RI today but no confirmation except that being the next phase. Like anyone here I'm eager to see pictures but I may get shut out.
My car got to Emden today and is showing a schedule to leave the German port tomorrow to Davisville Rhode Island. Scheduled now to arrive at the dealer on October 1st. Who knows if that happens,I'm sure some cars get rushed to Emden depending on the shipping companies transport schedules. On the same note some cars get delayed until they can fill a ship. I doubt the big shipping companies are interested in leaving with partial loads.
The date for completing the car was moved back to today! It now says going to port but I don’t see any pictures? Do they just show up?
It's random when and if the pictures show up. Some get them right away, some get them after the car reaches the dealer and some in between those phases, and some don't get any. If it's any solace my car was completed 9/11 is in Emden and may leave today and I don't have any pictures either.
Well, 2 weeks after the car arrived to the dealer, I have finally taken delivery and I am graduating from this thread. It’s my 2nd 992 (the first being a turbo) and this is a Turbo S. Did a bit of cosmetic work to it and i am in love with the results. Good luck to everyone still waiting.
