Just logged into TYD and all my dates changed overnight. Now my start manufacturing date is 7/23 and finish date is 8/27. Previously there was only a 1 week difference between start and end date, now a month? Is 1 month typical or will this change again and reality is 1 week?

This article that I saw in another thread might explain the shipping delays.

Good luck! Mine is on the Cassiopeia Leader in the Atlantic now headed to San Diego. It seems the West Coast folks are very underrepresented on this thread even though a very large chunk of 911s go to the west coast.

That article does not give me any warm fuzzies that my car will ship any time soon.

My TYD dates also just changed. It says your car has reached port 6/30 but also has the schedule to leave port port 6/30. Is this possible? East coast here.

Very unlikely, but there is a chance. Mine got to port the same day ship was leaving, I did not make it on board.

Once you are at the port the remaining dates are meaningless placeholders until you actually make it on to a boat and the reset from there.

Mine has missed the boat again - west coast. Not sure how they load cars but seems there is no logical process as '24's are shipping ahead of '23's. Oh well.

I just got to the port today. Anyone know what ships are loading and heading to east coast? North Carolina to be specific.

Hit the freeze, exciting for me, but probably boring for everyone else waiting. See you in 3 months MS T.

not boring at all. Congrats. That’s the phase I’m in personally right now. Manufacturing is supposed to start the 4th of July. We shall see. What are you having built?

it’s interesting that nobody from Volkswagen or Porsche verified the problems. maybe it’s not as bad as we all think.

Thanks.

Carrera T Manual, GT Silver. Need to brush up on the manual driving, drove one for years, but not for a bit recently. Going to try and rent one, but hard in Atlanta and probably the US.
