I didn't realize they charged more for different offsets? They're not charging me extra for the new production.
Idk what they're engineering cause they're gonna come back to you with 20×9 et45 and 21x11.5 et58. Their standard offset on our cars in those widths. It's just gonna take time to make them cause you're the first.

Gave me the "have to engineer" custom offsets. Extra $1k please.

Actually, was just informed they had to change the offset on the rear wheels due to some aluminum forging limits. Not too much different but will now be 21x11.5 ET60. I think the center locks really do change things.

I wonder why that is. They're able to do et58 centerlocks on the 300 Classics and from what I understand many of their other wheels. Maybe there is a lot of enginnering going on. =)

Either way 2mm more stuck in....no big deal but thats going the wrong way. Et58 was already a dealbreaker for me.

I'm sure you'll be happy with them. Can't wait for pics.

What are you going to do for stance if anything?

Not sure why exactly, but it probably has to do with specific design of wheel? That's why I leave that stuff up to the wheel manufacturer.

Regardless, it is, according to HRE, still more aggressive than OEM wheels. I trusted HRE with my last set of P201s for my R8 which looked more aggressive and were much more "flush" than the OEM Audi R8 wheels.

Not real sure I want to lower the car any further given Chicagoland roads. Will probably put them on and see...

Someone still needs to CAD them up, run FEA, do the CAM programming for the CNC, etc. Even 5hrs of work is probably $1k at fully burdened SoCal rates.

Anyone have a good 992 GTS wheel setup for track use that can fit something available in a Cup2 or -R Compound? 5-Lug or C/L.

They look amazing on your 992. Almost got this style custom made by BC forged. Had no idea someone made them for the 992. Love the design. Ended up getting BBS RE MTSP for my 997 and split five spokes for my 992. What material did you get and how much do they weigh? Cost?

I went with the "cheapest" forged option. Wheel design is ultra rigid and pothole resistant... but thus heavier than anticipated. Came out to 27lbs front, and 33lbs rear. I know these wheels in magnesium are in the low 20lbs range.

Here is the price breakdown of the options:

20 front 21 rear inch (set of 4):
Carbon fiber monoblock (911 only): $22000 starting at 14 lbs
Carbon fiber 2 piece: $16400-$20400 starting at 14 lbs
Forged magnesium monoblock: $12900 starting at 15 lbs
Forged MAG + monoblock: $8900 starting at 17 lbs
Forged aluminum monoblock: $5400 starting at 22 lbs
Forged aluminum 3 Piece: $7900 starting at 26 lbs
Forged MAG+ 3 Piece: $9900 starting at 24 lbs
Brushed or polished color: +$800
