Shoutout to David at Wheels Boutique. I ordered a set of HRE R101LW from him. He had them to my door I think right at about a week. Jimmy John’s fast and excellent communication. They look amazing and are so light. Almost feels like they forgot to put the wheels in the box. I will have my summer tires put on in a few weeks and will have some pics of them on the car.
It was my pleasure KD! Thank you for supporting us and trusting in me to take care of ya. Now, I impatiently wait to see you install them on the car haha.

@rk-d I want to get some custom wheels made in 9.5F and 12R. What is the exact ET of your wheels if you don't mind? Would you say that they have the same amount of poke as the OEM GT3s?
Hard to compare stance - I think a lot of that depends on ride height and tire (ie Cup2s tend to be more square). I'd say that HRE's fitment is probably very similar to GT3 fitment, but I think you could easily be more aggressive without poking outside the fender.

Wheels were 9.5 ET35 || 12 ET 60 and 255/315. I don't actually own the car anymore. I originally bought them through David at Wheels Boutique.

I"m trying to approximate GT3 stance with my upcoming T. It's 10mm higher and I can't lower it because of where I live but do want do go wider and with a more aggressive offset.

Keep in mind that his car was a TT. Offsets and fitments (especially in the rear) are not really plug and play with "regular" 992s, due to the TT's different hub widths and wider rear fenders. For the standard (non TT) 992, HRE recommends an ET 39 front offset for an 8.5" wide wheel (-11mm compared to the stock 50mm). This is the fitment that they guaranty will work when their wheels are used. Of course, it's possible to go more aggressive, but at your own risk.

Haha. After I published that the thought popped in my head that it might be a turbo. I looked for the car but then got called away from the screen. Thanks for the heads up. Do you know what ET HRE recommends for the rear in the 992 base with a 12 wide barrel? IF you only have the reco for the 11s that's fine too. TIA

You won't really be able to recreate a GT3 stance without lowering the car. If you go too aggressive with the offsets on an OEM ride height car, it will look weird.
HRE's standard fitment is the max aggressiveness you want to go at OEM ride height to avoid a weird truck like stance, IMO. The fitment on my TTS was their standard recommendation.

Yeah, TTS has different numbers. It's a wider car.

This is what adding 12mm F and 10mm R looks like:
Front: 9.5 x 20 ET 53
Rear: 12 x 21 ET 65

Here’s my contribution to this thread -
(Warning: Picture heavy)
My first set of HREs on the 992 were the HRE P104SCs in Stone Clear finish.
20x9, 21x12 and reused my OEM tires
Went with Classic 300s for my next set.
Gloss charcoal barrel x satin charcoal centers and upsized to 21x9.5, 22x12.5.
Tires are 255/30/21, 335/25/22
I also got custom center caps in Lizard Green to tie back to the interior accents of the car.

The first set of wheels look really good. Is your car lowered at all?
