Some stunning cars gents.

I have a GTS incoming. Has the turbo s centre locks Lowered factory SPASM.

Looking to swap out the wheels to something with a better fitment/lower ET.

Not looking to drop the car any lower at this stage. What do you suggest in terms of widths and fitment. I was thinking:

front 20x 9 et 46
rear 21x 12 et 64.

Open to suggestions. Hoping for flush to arches but a little retracted so can still push the car hard on bumpy roads etc.

Thanks.

Default Real weight savings

Has anyone ever weighed the stock 992 GTS centerlock VS the HRE LW?

Here is what I've concluded for the most flush application:
20x9 (et27)21x11.5 (et41)
Which I got from @tourenwagen who is running:
20x9 et 45 and 18mm spacer21x11.5 et 58 and 14mm spacer
And his looks perfect IMO:

not sure about other custom wheel manufacturers but HRE will likely not make anything for 992s with those offsets.

Why not? Should the wheels be wider?

It depends on the wheel design itself. I was told by HRE for R101LW that it will not leave proper room for the calipers and add more weight to the lightweight wheels. I went with 48 and 60 offsets on 9.5 and 12 wide wheels. Fronts could have been a bit lower but Litespeed also did not want to chance it.
My S is not lowered at all, btw. The rears already have some poke, the fronts could have used a bit more poke.

Is it specific to your wheels and fitment that its an issue? Or DYK if it has anything to do with any structural/functional issues affecting the integrity of the setup? I'll dig around more as well.

The wheels are ANRKY RS5.3 21x9.5 and 22x13 with 255/30/21 and 335/25/22. Sorry don’t know what offsets are as I believe that’s their secret sauce.
