I have one arriving in Austin in 2 weeks also, and I’d like to get it done before shipping to East Coast.

The car is much less frantic on poor roads, and we have plenty of those in OH. My house is on a private cement road - very uneven. I could feel the hard edge rebound change within 30 feet. Once I got up to speed, transitions in the road generate far less corrections then on the "regular" GT3 suspension tune.

I love the change, and suspect that I will be faster around a track - the car inspires just that little bit more confidence - and that lets a middling driver like myself push from 7/10's to 8/10s. Thanks so much to the team that developed this process!

That's great!

After 5,500 miles I find my touring to be very frantic too and it tram lines far too much!

How does one get this upgrade done and how much does it cost?

Reach out to @rnlst_log. Depending on where you are there may be someone with PIWIS to get the coding done.

If you need the work done you’re welcome to use my Piwis. Mars will login remotely and do the work. I’m in Westlake.

Just got this installed from Mars last evening and WOW - this comment is spot on. He was amazingly efficient and the car drives like a completely different beast - more refined and less twitchy but losing nothing sharp and fierce about a GT3. I also elected to purchase the new controller so I could swap between new and stock and highly recommend this - if for no other reason to do the back to back comparison drives. It's trivial to take out and swap in. Thank you again Mars!

What's the part number on the controller? Did you purchase it from your dealer or online?

Thanks!

992 910 376 AF is the latest controller, but any version AB and later will work.

For the price difference, probably worth getting the new one. They have popped up on ebay for less than $500, but I think the word is out and all the cheap ones are gone. . .

Has to be flashed in the car as VIN matched. . . but you can flash several if you choose with different versions. I currently have 3 different versions on 3 different controllers . . .

Wondering if the addition of the gurney changed the position of the front diffuser. Hoping an s/t owner can take a look.

I can check for you next week as I’m away but it’s definitely in low df mode and I’m pretty sure on 3 of 4 down.

Those with s/t gurney flap may want to adjust your front diffuser from setting 0 to 1. Thanks to @johnarpy for the photo.

I had a hunch it was different. Not that it’s super important, but just a little tidbit I was interested in knowing.

I need a wash….

Standard touring setting.
