Sure. Also - if they are producing cars in July wouldn’t allocations have dropped by now? Normally they are out 3 months in advance? Again - glad to have more info but you should be clear about your source especially when it’s counter to the “standard” procedure we have seen for years.
I am in Europe. My sources are credible but you will know in 2 weeks anyway.

Allocations are exactly like you mentioned and have dropped. There is no targa in the first
months and of course many more base allocations compared to gts ones.

Read the other 992.2 discussions. A company that sell 50k cars per year of average price close to 200k must do a serious production schedule. It should also do serious monthly allocations with the customers i.e the dealers.

In July the first 992.2 (base/gts) are being produced and will be sent to the dealers. Don’t you think the dealers know about this? Or do you think they will get the info on the 28th and start ordering cars in June?

This is a major operation and everything is handled many many months in advance.
Just between GT3/3RS/ST, they still have thousands of 992.1 cars to make from now until September. How are they going to do that while simultaneously building new 992.2 models? Are they going to retool their facilities before the August break?

Manual turbo is believable because they did make Sport Classic to test out the concept.

And it is the perfect upgrade for all GTS owners that want a non hybrid car and/or a manual.

FWIW, I was at Barber last week with the PTX crew doing the Masters RS program and the chief instructor told us they would be getting their 992.2s (in replacement of the 992.1 GTSes) by end of summer this year and the GT3s would get swapped out at some point next year but didn't give any specifics on that. I don't have a cleaning lady, but I assume the PTX folks are at least somewhat in the know as it affects their fleet of track cars.

More like 777 per week based on 40,410 deliveries in 2022
Up from 740 per week on 38,464 deliveries in 2021.

Article is a bit confusing making it sound like the 992.2 model is a base Turbo lapping faster than the 992.1 Turbo S but the photos do not appear to be a Turbo bodied 911.
At any rate, looks like the hybrid cars are going to be FAST.

Yup.
A pretty remarkable increase of 24% over 2022.

He/him she/her has been right all along. They got receipts in the 992 section.
