I think customers that think they're entitled are the problem.

I'm not a brand ***** nor ever will be, what I am though is a consumer.

Yet MANY Dodge dealers got 100k ADM with 20k minimum deposits on the Demon 170. That's even to the loyal customers who still paud the price as they saw personal value. Ive had a Demon and said no since a Demon isn't ever going to be worth Viper ACR money(250-300k) and frankly the Flex Fuel aspect of the Demon 170 is a time bomb.

Soon enough the dealer lists you speak of will be a thing of the past.

 

I wouldn't call it a sense of entitlement, I'd call it a business relationship where both sides benefit and get what they want (customer gets the car/s they want and the dealer has a repeat long-term customer). Call me a Porsche ***** because those are the only cars that I currently own but there aren't any American, Japanese, Korean, and English cars that create any want factor. Sure I have a little itch to try out Ferrari or maybe a Lambo but again the want isn't as high as with Porsche cars. It's because I love to track them and because they look good to me and are so reliable without being overly flashy and in your face.

Anyone else waiting on 2024 cars or know of any in the US already? My car has been built and waiting and port Embden, its been there about two months now. Finally got an update, so the Monroney label is not certified for sale in the US because its a 2024 and they are not allowed to ship the car until it is cleared. Does this sound normal? Hasn't happened on any other Porsche I've waited for in the past

 

ADMs can be 200%-300% of the margin of a MSRP sale. So tell me, how often do you knock 67%-75% off of your commission to your repeat customers?

 

Well actually, I do offer higher rebates for my repeat clients and lower listing commission along with no escrow fee and title discounts. So yeah, my repeat clients get hooked up including me buying their homes for all cash when they are contingent.

You know darn well that the margin on a MSRP sale is a fraction of a $100k-$150k ADM. I know realtors are usually the smartest people in the room, but sometimes others aren’t too far behind.

 

Now that is where you are wrong, most all realtors are worthless morons who don't even know basic algebra and are no better than used car sales people.
