GT3RS Allocation Thread
#796
In the past, if you had an allocation and didn’t change the build, PAG would lock your price for that build if they couldn’t make it in the year you ordered it.

So look for a Jan 2024 or later build, huh? That's fine with me as I've have fun with the GT4RS while I wait. I'm a mini-VIP so I have to wait until my turn is called.

maybe even march 2024 🤷🏽♂️ we just know 2023 is zero PTS. No indication when it will open back up.

I got bumped to '24 as well and my dealer confirmed my build when he got the news......I'm assuming it's for exactly what you're citing. Which would be nice.

a few of us have June delivery dates with commission numbers that have disappeared.
I haven’t heard what’s happening yet from my dealer.
much appreciated

This is the reason why I'm in the MY2024 bucket waiting for an allocation. No PTS window for MY23 GT2 RS (at least, the allocs my dealer got).
I'm always fine waiting! Even if it's a "long time" so long as I eventually get the car... and getting it in PTS is an extra amazing bonus.

Well add me to the list that just got Fd by Porsche. My car was scheduled for production starting a week from today...and TODAY I get the notice that the RS is on indefinite HOLD. The order will not be shown in TYD until the INDEFINITE Embargo has been lifted by Porsche. How/Who at Porsche screwed all of this up so badly. Why did they wait until this close to production to tell me and apparently 6 other confirmed orders in the NE area that we can now sit back and wait with no more information other than, be patient? I am sure Porsche will put the blame on their suppliers but seriously, aren't they paid to manage their suppliers - isn't that why the German companies get together once a year to discuss and determine which suppliers they will all use. Sorry for the B!tch session but just super pissed to get this close only be to told - sorry no car for you anytime soon. Wait, there actually wasn't an apology just a notice from Porsche. I know if could be worse, as in not having an allocation but what good is an allocation if the car just keeps sliding further and further back with no end to the excuses in sight...
