Mine is still stagnant. Started 29Feb, painted pic received 06Mar, then it went silent. Im on my 3rd delay with expected completion date of 25May but im not holding my breath.

 

What color is that?

 

Mine began production January 15, completed May 1. Likely due to the carbon fiber parts issue. It’s on the boat now. Shark Blue. Life is good.

 

Mine just finished production last Wednesday. Took 8 days for production. Black with Weissach (with carbon cage), black mag wheels, red interior pack etc.

The production delays seem to be so random!

 

The recent Porsche public comms say the new 911 — including a hybrid model that ran Nurburgring times close to the Turbo — will be revealed on May 28th.

Seems like 992.2 production will indeed start after the summer break this year. -hyp

Interesting, as mine is paint to sample Turquois Blue. They look very similar. Turquois Blue does not photograph very accurately.

 

They look strikingly similar in that pic haha

 

And mine is South Sea Blue Metallic. All look the same to me in these production pics.

So they’ll build the .1 & .2 cars at the same time…

 

I assume this confirms the GT3 & Touring models will not be offered for MY25. They’ve been removed from the configurator as well.

 

This is not “New” news, we knew that many 2024 RS cars were pushed to 2025 MY. The question is how many will they build. Typically this late in the year we would have seen many more allocations for 2025 RS cars.
