Here's to hoping we all get updated production dates by tomorrow for those who have seen their dates come and pass without start of production. Hopefully @cosmos is right that there are updates coming by end of this week

About now a lot of our cars are getting through production just fine (within a week, no missing parts, etc) but they are disappearing into EM and/or QC for a month or more.
I’ve never had a car (GT, EM, or otherwise) take so long to go from production CP7.8 (V270) to completion CP8.0 (V300)… hope it’s simply the best QC process they’ve ever implemented.

I wonder if they can build them all with “inferior” parts and then run a campaign to address it in after sales to meet the deadline.
Wasn’t there a period during the 991 RS run where they were shipping them with aluminum hoods, and you got to keep it once they got the CF hoods ready.

lol…option list adds to over $20k and it’s a stripper? Not everyone fancied the heritage pack, including Andreas Preuninger (sp). Me included.
