I wasn’t being humble nor was I bragging. Was merely stating facts. You stated you are a financial advisor. For someone who is supposed to be increasing wealth for others, you seem uncomfortable with financial discussions. That seems to be a common theme here where anyone merely mentions anything about fiancé’s or wealth, it’s perceived as bravado.

For the record. We had a budget of 4 million to build our new home. We sold our old home thinking construction would have started by now. This may be peanuts to some and unimaginable to others as to the Cost of the home. Just got the bid back last night for 6.5 for the project, not including. Land.
My comment was to reflect the fact that not only Porsche prices abd ADMs are through the roof- so is everything else. If this type of conversation makes you uncomfortable maybe find another profession cause I sure as hell would not want you managing my money.

Lol I periodically check this thread to see what the ADM market is like, it is officially out of control, humble brags and pissing contests. I am just a poor person that wants to daily a GT3 and also live in it. Is there a forum or thread for that? Thanks in advance.

It’s like you are on a super market check out line and the guy before you says, “oh my! The price of beef went up to $12.99 a lb” and you tell him “buddy, don’t worry, I paid $100K ADM on my $200K Porsche standing outside!! so price of everything is going up these days! My budget was $200K and the bid came in at $300K”

oh by all means, please educate me on the home building process because it seems you have vast experience in building a home.
I mean- this is only our 4th home we are budilign with the same builder since 2013, but I welcome your wisdom on the home building process.
