I've seen this before but thanks for posting again as it is highly relevant and provides a lot of great information.

I think one of the interesting points hidden on that chart is that some guy got a bare bones no optioned GT3.....and he is probably having the time of his life. lol.

Vinanalytics says my .2 had a sticker of $185,490. I paid $154,500 in Jan.

Kindred Spirits! I am ordering a Macan GTS for my wife. Coincidentally, I have an allocation for a PTS GT3T October build from the same dealer. We were planning to wait on a 22 model Macan but we learned it would not be able to be configured until Q4 2021 and at best it would be for a Q2 2022 delivery. This is evidently due to the chassis change to accommodate the battery for the addition of the all-electric version to the line-up. We decided to revert back to a 2021 Macan GTS order last weekend. I expect to receive our commission number on the 2021 Macan GTS yet this week - likely a June build. My BA told me that unlike normal years, after the July plant shut-down, they will continue to build 2021 Macans up through about October. I was told that there will likely not be a 2022 Macan GTS, but instead the Macan GTS will likely be a 2023 model implying another year of delay. You might want to check with your dealer to see if what my dealer told me is accurate. Either way, good luck with your Macan GTS order!

I was in Porsche of DTLA in early 2018 and they had a black GT3 with nearly zero options. I mean I think it was literally $146k. I remember asking about it...and the sales advisor says "we would need to get $20k over for that". I still remember because the car looked hot. He said "I'd go Turbo over a GT3 any day". YMMV

US configurator live. Base price 162K. No Touring model listed as yet. My 991.2 GT3 has never looked better.

How do you figure? A brand new custom spec'd 992 GT3 is roughly the same price as a USED 3-4 year old GT3.

exactly my thoughts. Patience will be key to get to that point in the game, then I anticipate lots of 991.2 Gt3T on the market and/or a custom spec 992. win/win.

I think his point is (and I agree) that the 991.2 GT3 spec'd to one's liking a few years ago seems like a bargain compared to the 992. I paid a little more than $200,000 (before taxes and fees) for my PTS Touring with every single option that I wanted (including buckets, PCCBs, deviated stitching, full leather, the works). That included a $10,000 ADM.

You can always wait for the next gen GT3...which will be $240k+ spec'd the same way

You'll be lucky to get honest answers in here. Those that seem to be willing to pay ADM's are crucified in these parts

I was offered an end of year build for 30K over, if that helps.
