I thought this was a joke.
No joke. This has been going on in my market since at least April '21. My market being (Greater Miami Area, Broward and up to Palm Beach). Used 10k miles+ 2020's selling for msrp. At primary Porsche dealers not resellers. Resellers have a higher ADM. The going rate for a new base C2 is $15K over, C2S/4S up to $30K and more over and GTS is going to be $40K over. GT3s are going $75-$100K over. I've already received dealer offers on my inbound '22 and car is not even produced yet. I'd sell the '21 C4S, but not the '22. This is not going to correct itself any time soon despite what you read all around and what P.AG says.

So again to the OP. Pay your $10K and be happy. Or sit and wait for an msrp allocation plus the extended production time etc. Depends how much you want the car and how soon you'd rather have it. Best of luck and keep us posted.

Man that’s crazy. I would not sell my 992 GT3 for $300k. I guess I’m that crazy.

Looks like my Porsche stock investment is safe and sound after reading about all of these ADMs that people are willing to pay! I hope Porsche does a huge price increase for 2022, there seems to be no shortage of people willing to overpay!

By Porsche stock investment you mean VW? Or are you being facetious?

Ended up getting the ADM down to $5k by providing them with a trade-in... February delivery date.

You’re happy that people are getting bent over in the name of Porsche Holdings?

Last time I checked no one was holding a gun to their head forcing them to pay the ADM. It's their choice on whether to pay it or not, and there seems to be no shortage of people willing to overpay. The market is the market, if you don't like it, don't pay it!

I know I thought this was still a GT3 ADM thread who knew it’s spread across all the models.

it is a thought time to buy a car right now, I do wonder with so little supply, ADM or not whether the dealers are doing well. They have nothing to sell. I’ve been looking around for a defender possibly and no one has inventory and even what little incoming they have is presold.

crazy times.

I spoke to an old dealer friend of mine from BMW yesterday and he told me he’s heard the following from other dealers:
- Corollas 5-10k over sticker before they even hit lots - a friend of his sold a RAM truck for $30k over sticker.
-Aside from sticker price or ADMs, some companies like BMW are lowering their residuals too.
-G63 wagons are asking 75-100k ADM

The father of one of my son's soccer friends just bought a new KIA Telluride. $20K ADM. He sold his old truck with 30k miles for msrp. Dealer trade in was giving him $20K under. He financed so tax credit was not a factor vs cash premium in pocket. A KIA. Crazy times..

I mean I guess it's like anything if your buying high and selling high then it all washes. ADM doesn't really matter
