Pricing Speculation?

In an article that Car Magazine posted, they said:
I did some research a few weeks back, and got this:
It looks to me like it's going to be in the ballpark of $155k.
The new GT3 will be revealed to the world undisguised early in 2021. Pricing is not yet confirmed but will be ‘a little bit more’ than the previous car, Preuninger says, in line with usual inflation from one generation to the next.
It looks to me like it's going to be in the ballpark of $155k.

But remember that many of those increases for certain models, Porsche started to include previous options as standard items as part of the base price (PDK, PASM, PTV, Nav etc)

Good info @Shockwave93 thank for putting that together. I agree with your ball-park number. Those saying anything near 200k have been stuck inside too long.

~$200k with the big three - PTS, LWB and PCCB - oh well.

I don't think double wishbone front suspension and a CF hood/wing will draw a $15k premium. BMW made CFRP roofs standard on the M3/M4 last generation, and IIRC, there was no significant price increase for that. (I understand that BMW isn't Porsche though.)
This is all speculation though, so it's all fair game.

My dealer showed me the “ release” info. $155K base...

Do you think maybe he has an incentive to say that? lol. Maybe someone will pay $50k markup to be the absolute first on the block but that's more down to a couple (well-heeled) individual buyers and not representative of the market as a whole.
