Porsche marketing at its best.

I'd say the 992.2 is the last N/A...so the 992.2 is introduced in 2022 as a MY2023 with the GT3/RS to follow as a MY2025 model and a 2 year run through MY2026. That'll be the end..

N/A meaning no other assistance system from turbos, electric motors etc.

Most would generically call the addition of an electric motor a "hybrid vehicle" vs. otherwise.

Like most other people in these forums, I prefer naturally aspirated. However, I’m also coming around to the fact that hybrids don’t need to suck. For example, F1 cars are hybrid! When Porsche releases a hybrid 911, I bet it’ll be a 700 HP monster.

I would take a hybrid GT3RS over a GT2RS. Much better sound. Just have to hook it into the PDK so it can still be rear wheel drive and not AWD

This. N/A screamer paired with lots of electric HP would be nasty.

I would just be apprehensive owning any of the hybrid/electric stuff outside of the warranty period...

Agree, but do you really keep these cars that long?

definitely not. I would probably buy the hybrid variant but only own it during the warranty period.

Correct on the production run of 250. Never made it to the U.S. but some have brought them in.

The 997 SC was such a cool car. I would love to know as well if they are doing a new one....
