A couple of interesting observations.
Firstly, The rear wing is bi-plane which suggests it might be an active wing.
Secondly, there are no rear induction vents in the rear fenders so this does not appear to be the Turbo wide-body like previous RSs.
Also, FYI, this car is not on any of the Porsche forward release schedules that cover the next 2 years. Some other very interesting cars are that have not been mentioned so far are on it but not this one.

Didn’t the 2.7 Carrera RS have back seats? 🤔

Not this Touring model

Not on Lightweight or RSR versions either:

But I believe the (non smartass) answer is yes, the standard Touring had the tiny rear folding jump seats.

adding a rear seat option and PDK options to the GT3 touring is nothing compared to the bastardization of the once proud AMG and M lines.
Still, I agree it is a move in that direction. Porsche will have kept the faith as long as they continue to build Motorsport focused GT cars that are high revving NA, RWD, lightweight, and have manual option. So far they are and no other major company offers all that. Not one.
If i ever see a GT badge on a Porsche SUV, or a regular production GT3 cabriolet, (not limited edition speedster) then I’ll leave the brand forever.

As far as I’m concerned until there is another manufacturer competing with Porsche in this segment they have a monopoly. I ain’t going anywhere if they start throwing around GT badges like Mercedes & BMW. Porsche has me by the *****......
