What is it? Massive ceramic tiles or polished and coated concrete?
I don't see any joints so it must be polished concrete.
My garage is a working one (woodwork or car work) so I also went with polyaspartic and the pics are after 7 years of good use. It has held up well; I use an old Dyson to clean regularly and power wash a few times a year and that has worked well.
I love how so many folks have clean garage walls. You cannot really tell but I have used up about 80% of my wall real estate to hang crap.

Mine is poly as well. I cannot stand walls full of crap - clean modern look is key for overall aesthetic.
Me too...but I have a lot of crap and not enough space. Need to double up to a 6 car garage!
Agree 1,000% I have a 4 car garage and I evidently have just too many cars and too much "stuff". I have tried to cleanse, but it's still full. I have a garage cabinet project in my future which will help keep it clean and organized.....but until then....
Did Garage Living do yours? Looks like the same colour as mine. That's a great price for the size of your garage! Looks awesome.
Just had mine finished by Garage Living in DC. They have a great product and do the job right from grinding all the surfaces, filling cracks etc. The multiple step epoxy coating should perform well and it comes with a 15yr guarantee..
Color on this installation is Harbor Blue. Installation performed by the Garage Living Team in Dulles VA. Paul and his crew are true professionals.
I like my bubbling and delaminating paint that the previous owner did on my tear-down house that I keep because the land under it is appreciating so rapidly that I kiss it every day.
if something spills underneath the tiles (oil, sticky stuff etc), how do you access to clean it?
Building house with 4 car garage and with 2 bendpak lifts (total 6 cars) and looking for best floor solution…
I had this happen when using layover tiles before. Any moisture/oil will be trapped, hence why I went with polished concrete. I had mildew issues using tiles.
Polished Concrete: No moisture issues and a quick and simple clean up, plus I think it looks great. Pricing is cheaper than a proper epoxy coating. Chemical hardeners are applied during polishing to harden concrete further.
