I really love the 991.2, it is pretty much an improvement in every way. I am looking to get one this year. I am not a fan of the power kit engines because of the drop in mid range torque which I think the 3.8 needs for day to day driving. Either way they are nice engines.

My guess is that the usual cast of aftermarket characters, Cargraphic, AWE, Tubi, Akrapovic, Borla, Fabspeed, etc etc will pretty quickly come out with
their own aftermarket solutions to any perceived aural shortcomings of the
991.2!

I think the 991.2 GTS will satisfy those that wanted a 911R.
For me, a Porsche without PDK has no interest.
I passed on a 981 Spyder and GT4 and would have on a 911R but alas I had no chance!-Richard
