Left the house 4:30am. Hwy 2 from Everett to Leavenworth. 97 south to Ellensburg. Short stretch on 90 east, then south 82 to Selah. Exit to 821/Canyon Rd which heads north along Yakima River to Ellensburg. Caught 90 west back to (used to claim Seattle as hometown when talking to people I don’t know but it’s turned into a bit of a dump...) Lk Stevens.

Thanks so much! As a refugee from CA, I think that I found a new way to get to Eastern OR!
I was driving enthusiastically just a few minutes earlier and had it set to Sport, so the oil temp was about 205F, but when the pic was taken I had just driven through a small town with Sport off, so the oil temp climbed. Also, air temp was in the mid-80s.
Refugee from WA? Nope. New transplant from NorCal. But I still prefer the roads in northeastern CA and east of the OR Cascades, and now I get to explore the eastern counties of WA!

LOL... No you said a new way to get to eastern Oregon. Just was wondering if you meant Washington.
