Surprisingly damp day for June in Southern California. I tried going higher up along Hwy 39 but by the time I reached Falling Springs, visibility was down to 100 yards and I turned back.
BTW for anyone else in that neck of the woods, the nearby Glendora Mountain Rd is completely closed for some reason.

@kj71109 What model Yakima bike rack do you have? I ask because I have three different bars for different cars (OEM Porsche roof transport bars (991.2), Yakima Whispbars (Mercedes GLK) and Thule Square bars (E30 M3)) and it looks like the ones you have will work on at least two of my three. I am trying to avoid having to buy three different racks...

Yakima HighRoad. I really like it. Rubber quick connect straps to connect to variety of bar sizes. Once you have the strap length set, bolt on takes about 2min to strap rack on and tighten bike in.
