No pics but I just installed the OEM short-shifter from Suncoast.

https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/PK9X1SSU.html

Muuuuuuch better, and how it should have been. The stock shifter in the non-T models is comically tall.

ebay vinyl warning sticker coverups. Being so close to the ceiling the warnings were distracting.

yeah, amazing, and it's only like 7/8" shorter or something (if I remember correctly).

Funny tho, first couple of shifts from a start and I put it in third instead of first. I think it's just a matter of leverage, and being bold about pushing the gearshift to the left.

Took about 30 seconds to get used to it tho.

that's pretty funny. Mine just arrived today from FCP Euro and I installed them this afternoon.

Maybe they're all going bad at once.

The seatbelt warning stickers can be easily removed with isopropyl alcohol. Do a search.

did the research, tried - followed all the directions, stickers did not budge. Went with the cover-up labels. And cover-ups are removable in case these cars become high-priced collectibles in the future

On how many was it easy for you? Because I've done three (in various other recent vehicles) and it was far from easy. Once upon a time they used less aggressive adhesive. But lately, yeesh, it's bad.

I sense a whole other series of concours DIY techniques for getting covers off of labels without ruining the labels...
