Absolutely. Do it all in one shot.

I have a non-PSE C2S
Is your car a base or S?
I was looking on the Sharkwerks site and I didn't see an option for the C2S
Am I missing something?

I'm also really interested in how you find them for drone.

what’s the difference with or without the cables?

What I’m trying to fix is that the stock seven speed has a long throw and feels “plasticky” in how out clicks into the next great. Want something quicker and more robust feeling.

Default Numeric Shifter

Numeric shifter/cables and the DSC suspension are the first things to do modifying a 991.2. About a 2 wrench degree of difficulty and both well covered by online videos. Both reversible. I am saving an ever increasing pile of parts that have come off of my car (2018 Carrera T).

There will be varying opinions here so here's mine.

I agree that the shift feel didn't meet my expectations. I upgraded with the cables at the same time and the shifts are much more definitive, precise, all with a shorter throw. I can't tell you the difference without changing the cables. Maybe someone else can chime in with their experience there.

I installed the numeric shifter but not the cables. It was super easy, genuinely makes a huge difference over stock. I will do the cables eventually and probably should have done it all at once but didn’t. Can’t go wrong it’s a great upgrade.

I have a base. Haven't experience any drone and have approx 500 miles on since the install. They don't have the option for the S, only the Cargraphic exhaust for non-PSE.

Do not all "S" versions have valved exhausts you (non-PES) just don't have the option of opening or closing the valve? I would go with the full SOUL exhaust as well. I love mine (200 cell cats) and valved exhaust

Correct. S's have valves that open up automatically around 3500rpms. The PSE option gives a different rear muffler (better sound) and the button to manually open the valves before the 3500 mark, instead of it being automatic only.

Base car's exhaust system only has opening valves, in general, if it has the PSE option.

I'm not too concerned about the valves.
It's easy to plug the vac lines with valves in (always) open position.

I really like SOUL as well, had their system on my 718 Cayman and it was great.
I'd love to get their anti-drone tube X-pipe, but it doesn't fit the 991.2 C2S unless you use the sport CATs plus SOUL tips..
That doubles the cost over using the OE CATs.
I have a hard time @ almost $8,500 CDN +shipping + CDN GST @ a further 13% adder
That gets me to almost $10 grand CDN
....I just can't justify that kind of expense for exhaust.

All I really want to do is replace the non-PSE muffler with an X-pipe .
Should be simple.
