Finally acquired a set of Dundon Motorsport intake runners. These are 3d printed from a nylon like material replacing the factory lower intake manifolds, adding 30whp at high rpm on the 991.1 3.8L.

My existing setup is catted Fabspeed headers, Cargraphic cat back, AFE dual cone intake, Cobb AP with M Engineering tune. I was advised to stick with stock center plenum.

Hoping for close to 400whp on 93 octane.

it’s just felt tape. The wheel leather had split at the top. For me this was a quick out of sight out of kind fix.

I bought a 3M matte red sample for $3 and cut a 1/2” wide strip for the 12:00 marker. Definitely the cheapest mod on my Cayman especially compared to the sport chrono clock that I cut a hole in the dash or the PSE or center radiator……😂

Share your results once you install them. Install looks like a bear!

Also, I don't see these on their website. I just see their metal ones.

I think just the prototype was the 3D-printed metal, but all the production ones are 3D-printed plastic. I got these used off at Cayman.

I will make a post once I get the back of the car off, hope to start next week, ordering new gaskets today. I am going to follow the video on YT of the 991.1 IPD plenum install. I feel like if I can get the center out, getting the two lowers off shouldn't be THAT bad.

Love the look of the louvers for sure! Just ordered a set for mine! Were they hard to put on? Sounds like you just pop the OEM's off and attached the CF ones? Is that the case?

Thank you - pleasure to be here. And I'll gladly share some pictures, nothing special though: 2019 Base Carrera, PDK, PSE, 20" wheels in black, Sunroof, BOSE, K40 Platinum360 with Laser Defuser, and cooled seats for Florida.

... and then the stuff I added later.

And given the value-for-money factor, this was the best addition. Thanks again, Rennlist!

It's easy enough but it does require a few steps starting with the removal of the entire louver deckled cover. Thats 4 t25 bolts and two pinch clips, then unhook the third brake light. Once removed from the car, the individual louvers need to be unclipped from the bracket one at a time. You have to work from top to bottom and install in the same order of removal. About 45 minutes since I took my time. Could do in 15 if I was in a rush now that I understand the steps.

By any chance, does anyone know if the following parts will fit my car, the 2019 Base Carrera?

991-504-595-03-1E0
991-504-596-03-1E0

i’m not sure if that’s the correct term, but I’d like to put some rocker panels or side skirts on the sides under the doors from wheel to wheel. Nothing too prominent, just something to make the plain white edge under the door a bit nicer to look at. Unpainted in matte black.

has anybody maybe used these and can post a picture?

Thanks.
