We just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the members who have supported our shop and vouched for us here. We truly appreciate your business and the positive feedback you've shared about our services.
We understand that we recently took longer than expected to follow up with a quote, and for that, we apologize. Our service manager was out of the office for over two weeks, and we are currently catching up with the backlog.
We want to assure you that we take all feedback seriously, and we have reached out directly to the member who raised this concern. We are working to improve our response times and the overall customer experience, and we appreciate your patience as we work through these issues.
If you have any concerns or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at sales@bbiautosport.com or (714) 843-0200. We value all of your input and are committed to providing the best possible service.
Thanks again for your support, and we look forward to serving you in the future.
Thanks for posting your response here. I have no hard feelings at all and I didn’t even think twice about the delay in response. I just thought it was funny that me and a member had the opposite experiences. I’ve heard nothing but great things about BBi. I was also in LA that week getting a roll cage installed and wanted to come check out the shop in person.
next time I have a road trip down there I’m definitely stopping by.
Both shops were prob just busy and we got each shop at the right times. But you will love the change, the difference was pretty massive esp since I have 99k miles on my car. Super happy with the results up on canyons here in LA.
Thanks for the feedback, really excited to have my suspension dialed in. I’m going to be switching over to tractive coilovers with custom spring rates from my Bilstein b16.
BTW the roads in LA are not very friendly either. Haven’t ran any of the canyon streets out there though.

Yah I came from the Bay Area, roads here are just as bad. I am actually looking at going full passive JRZ and ditching all the electronic stuff.
Picked up a set of Zunsport grills.Seems much heavier than the ones I'd had in there before, and I like that it protects the center vents, too, mainly to keep stuff from flying in there like leaves, etc. (my old ones only protected the outer ones).
